Trust is such a big and complex topic, linked to so many emotional and psychological topic that it’s not possible to explain in details the reasons why we struggle to trust ourselves.

 

In this episode I talk about 3 layers, because in order for you to completely trust yourself and your intuition, you need to start working and understanding yourself based on levels. The more you understand and you work on you, the more you can go to the root case of your trust issues, and that’s going to help you to free yourself from the burden that is not for you to carry.
