When I tell people I do colour therapy, I see they get intrigued and they ask me a lot of questions.

One comments that is common across the board is that it's something they have never heard other people doing and also, that's it's very original.

This is why I decided to have a full episode about it, starting from history, when this incredible practise started, how the ancient civilisations used it and my story. 

How I came across it and why it got me so excited to want to study  it and add it to my coaching skills.
