I have created this podcast to inspire you with the stories of my guests and how they overcame fears, limiting beliefs, tragedies and obstacles and managed to find their purpose following their intuition.

In this episode I talk about the consequences of the clash between the root and the solar plexus chakra.
The root chakra is related to our origins, family, group, community, society and ancestors.
The solar plexus chakra is related to every individual’s inner power, self-confidence, self-esteem, knowing of yourself.
What I have been seeing since coaching women wanting to create the life they deserve, is that there is a clash between what they know, they have been thought to be right with what they have learnt and what they believe it’s best, what they know to be true.
Often times this reflects in having issues, struggles and for some, conflict with family or friends when we decide to do something that is not understood, recognised or feared by the group we belong to.
This is true for women when they decide to leave a safe and secure job to star their own business, or leave a relationship that no longer works.
Even with a supporting family/group, the concert around stability and safety can bring women to hold on to a job or wait to take a major leap for fear of judgment, disappointment which can then bring self-doubt.
In this episode I am also talking about this year situation and how 2020 has shaken the core value of the root chakra, first with a global pandemic that brought to surface fears around safety, security, loss, abandonment, money, relationships, issues to the immune system, loneliness, belongings, freedom, attachment and last week with the black live matter movement raising up and unifying black and white to stand up against injustice and calling all out to participate in a global revolution.
I am talking about the consequences of personal and global situations and how they can affect us, block us and how we can move forward.
As part of a series of live that I have been doing on Instragram, following episode n.40 called Prepare to manifest your vision, I explain what that means and I also broke it down to 3 important topics:
1.Releasing your old stories
In talking about how to let go of limiting family stories I talk about our ancestors’ stories, lives and therefore the fears and belief that we have been passed on. It doesn’t matter your background, we have all been passed on stories of oppression and even if we are now united, oppression can express within us in different ways.
Like for example oppressing sexual and creative energy. If you are in a job that kills your soul, you are oppressing yourself doing something you hate for a belief that you won’t be able to do better or you don’t deserve to feel good in your career.
If you’re in a in a dead relationship but you’re still holding on to your partner for fear of being alone, you are repressing yourself and that has an impact on your behaviours and life.
In order for us to participate to a personal or a global revolution, it is important to understand our story, our family story and heal the pieces of us that are still wounded to go full into this revolution.
