Welcome to Episode 37 of Intuitive Queens podcast from your Intuition Queen.
My name is Mara and I have created this podcast to inspire you with the stories of my guests and how they overcame fears, limiting beliefs, tragedies and obstacles and managed to find their purpose following their intuition. My hope is that you will resonate with one or all of them and their story will get you to take-action to change your life, and finally go after your dreams.
In this episode I talk about the importance to have a steady gratitude practise.
Neuroscientists have studied the effects of practising gratitude and they have discovered that it changes the moleculal structure of your brain.
This is incredible!
In this episode I share a moment of my life where I personally used gratitude and focused on the good while I was in fear and how that helped me change my perception and take action in a way that served me and that helped me remove my fear and actually manifest something better for myself.
I also share a few stories from my clients and what they have said about creating a habit to be grateful and the impact it had on their lives.
We have never experienced such a difficult time on a global scale and emotions are running high and they also fluctuate a lot.
We go from feeling good to feeling terrible and so it’s really important to have a method that can help us keep a balance emotional stated.
I talk about the effect of gratitude, like feeling more energise, positive, relaxed.
And at the end I also give you tips on how you can create your own practise, starting from small and then building up.
Gratitude has worked for me is so many beautiful ways and I know that when I focus on the good and what I have, I feel instantly better and I can get on with my day.
