My name is Mara and I have created this podcast to be inspired by the stories of my guests and how they overcame fears, limiting beliefs, tragedies and obstacles and managed to find their purpose following their intuition.

In this episode I am Interviewing Novalee Wilder, numerologist and author.
Novalee tells us how everything started with her thirst for truth.
She explains that when you grow up in a dysfunctional family you are surrounded by secrets and you never know what’s real because what you see is constantly dismissed.
Her attraction to the theatre and acting was important to Novalee because she felt she could express her emotions as she felt them and especially calling them by their names.
Novalee found it liberating to be an actor and be around expressive people.
She talks about the limiting beliefs and programming that came from her family and that she adopted until a friend, after a session with a numerologist changed her name.
This caught Novalee’s attention and she decided to follow that nudge that told her to book a session with this numerologist too.
She was very sceptical at the beginning but after the numerologist was able to put her life in front of her and explain what was blocking her, what patterns she had.
Needless to say that she also left with a name change.
That’s how Novalee first learnt about the vibration of things, like names etc and how they way she talked to herself mattered
The name change is about raising your vibration and making sure you change your vibration so that you can manifest what you want in life.
A name and the numbers in your birth date have a vibration and that affect your life and how you react to people.
Novalee could see the difference straight away, she met the man that is now her husband, they won the green card so they could stay in America and a lot of other things started to shift for her in the positive, as never before.
Her life completely changed and that’s why she decided to become a numerologist and help people better their lives.
We talk a lot about the consequences of growing up in a dysfunctional family, how you learn to be in survival mode and a lot of the limiting beliefs become a way to protect you.
We talk about emotions, money, vibrations and the importance of doing inner work in order to change your life.
